Meet my newest niece. Her parents had been hoping and praying for a child for many years. Then one day they got the call that they were chosen to be this little ladies parents. The next day she was theirs. Isn’t adoption beautiful.

I loved this session with these sweet little twin boys. I bet their parents aren’t getting much sleep. I adored their Thing 1 and Thing 2 hats. What a cute family.

In honor of Valentine’s Day here is another wedding from this fall. Hailey and Joe were married in a very rainy ceremony at Wheeler Farm. A storm came rolling in and halfway through the ceremony the heavens released a downpour, but that didn’t dampen the spirits of these two lovebirds. I loved doing this wedding with Morgan Stidham. Thanks Morgan!

These cute kids came to see me in December. They wanted to surprise their daddy with some pictures for Christmas. I love how they turned out.

This sweet little gal came to my studio last month. What a cutie. She was born in December so her parents named her Noelle. How sweet is that!

Happy New Year everyone! I am looking forward to another great year here at Erin Langford Photography and I am really excited for everything I have lined up so far.
Thanks to everyone who sent in Olivia Act nominations. The winning family has been chosen and contacted. Also pricing has changed a little this year. We just streamlined things a little and made pricing more simple. I think you will love the changes.
I hope everyone has a great year and I look forward to hopefully working with you all.
It has been awhile since I shared any photos of my little one. We are calling this a six month shoot but she was really eight months. Love her to pieces.

Thanks to all of my wonderful clients and friends who helped make this year so special. We had a very crazy year but even with that we created many beautiful images. Here is a little recap of some of my favorite images from this blog in 2012 and a few that haven’t made it onto the blog yet.
Very nice blog presentation Love Mom
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas!

The Olivia Act named after one of the children killed in Newtown, was started by a photographer who wishes to be anonymous. Olivia’s family had family pictures taken a short time before she was killed. Those pictures are precious and now priceless to them. Upon hearing this, this photographer was moved to give away a 30 minute family photo shoot and has challenged other photographers to do the same. We go about our daily lives and sometimes we don’t take the time or have the resources to have family photos taken. The 26 Portrait Project aims to have 26 photographers each donate a session to a needy family — one for each person killed in Newtown.
I will be taking nominations for a family or couple who you think would appreciate this gift of memories. The session will take place sometime after the new year and will be completely FREE to the family being nominated. Please email me (You can use the above contact form.) your nominations subject titled “Olivia Act” and include a brief message on who you’re nominating and the reason you’d love them to get this. The family chosen will be contacted via email, so please include their email address as well! I’ll be taking nominations anytime between now (December 19th) and December 31st. The winner must be willing to come to South Jordan, Utah for their session. Please SHARE this status so your friends and family will know too! Can’t wait to gift a family with these memories that can’t be replaced or taken away!
And fellow photographers, please think about participating too. ♥
