I am so happy to feature one of my favorite bridal shops, LatterDay Bride (now Moments Made Bridal). When brides tell me they are getting their dress here I know that their ensemble will be on point. Here is my interview with their marketing director, Breanna. I am also including photos from sessions I recently did with some of their gowns. Tiffany and Garrett's session at the McCune Mansion was stunning and Catherine and Luke were gorgeous and had a dress from LatterDay Bride as well.

Tell me more about yourself: I am the Marketing Director for LatterDay Bride. I have been in the bridal industry for just about two years now, and I am so passionate about helping brides find the dress of their dreams! I love being part of such a special life moment. I am from Idaho, and I studied Communications at BYU and graduated in 2021.
Tell me more about your business: Since every bride deserves her very own perfect, we offer multiple collections for different tastes and occasions. For those planning on a more conservative, religious, or blended-belief wedding party, we offer the world’s most extensive online collection of exquisite yet modest gowns. We’re also a go-to for brides whose tastes are more trendy, classic, elegant, chic, and everything in between. While our gowns are wide-ranging, our atmosphere and attitude are consistently warm and inclusive, both in our showroom and online.
Whichever collection our brides are shopping, we hear them, and we’re here to make their day—now and for years down the road as she has more occasions to celebrate throughout a life beautifully lived!
How do brides find your shop?: Google is a huge way people find us. We pull number one for a lot of search terms. Our Instagram is another way brides find us as well as TikTok.
What’s your favorite part about being in bridal industry? Our favorite thing about being in the bridal industry is that we get to be part of such a special life moment for someone. We create memories that will last forever!
Why did you decide to open a modest dress store? Nicole started LatterDayBride as a solution to a problem she was faced with as a young bride. When Nicole was looking for a wedding dress, she was having a hard time finding a dress that was modest enough for her needs while still being current with the trends. Disappointed and discouraged at her options, Nicole came up with the idea to start her own store that carried these kinds of modest options.
What makes you stand out from your competitors, are all wedding shops equal? We are one of the only modest bridal retailers that have a website fully updated with our stock. Brides are able to look at our current collections and order a gown from our website that will be shipped to them personally. Other stores you may be able to view some of the dresses on their website; however, you must purchase the gown in person. We love giving our brides the option to purchase their gown wherever they are in the world.
What are the benefits of purchasing a wedding dress versus renting one? There are so many benefits to purchasing a dress rather than renting one. The biggest benefit is that when you purchase a gown, you are able to fully alter it to your body!
How far in advance should a bride book/inquire about your services and why? Come at least six months in advance if you can. Bridal designers take forever to ship, so this will ensure that you will have the most options available to you. If you don't have much time, don't worry! We have dresses in our in-stock collection, and you can take home any of those dresses the same day as your appointment!
What is the first questions brides usually ask when inquiring about your services? How much are your gowns? Our dresses range $600-$2500
Describe your dream client: Any bride who wants to find the dress of her dreams.
What is a consultation/first meeting typically like? Who/what do you recommend they bring? Typically a bride will arrive with 4 other members of her family/friends/support system. She will sit with her consultant and discuss what she is hoping to find in a dress. We recommend that a bride brings her undergarments that she plans to wear on the day of her wedding. (Shapewear)
What are some things that brides don’t typically expect to happen during a consult/meeting? Brides don't typically expect to find the one on their first visit, but it is so normal! Brides will be surprised and feel like its too soon to say yes to the dress, but when you have that feeling you know its the one!
If applicable, what is your favorite package/product/service and why do you recommend it the most? We have a sister store called Moments Made! Our goal when launching LatterDayBride in 2001 was to offer on trend and fashionable modest bridal gowns — no more noticeable build ups or itchy boleros. While we absolutely love the opportunity to dress women on one of the biggest days of their life, we wished that we could bring them the same on trend and fashionable ready to wear dresses and clothing for all of their other important moments in life...*cue our sister company, Moment's Made*
As the world's most trusted provider of modest wedding dresses, who better to curate a collection of modest everyday dresses, modest bridesmaid dresses and most prom gowns that don't sacrifice style for modesty.
